This role will play a critical role in shaping the strategy, planning, and execution of GOcxm’s overall client experience across the entire customer journey. From onboarding, to planning, to execution, and customer expansion, the goal of this role will be to continuously measure, nurture, and grow the relationship with the client. Internally, a passionate advocate to ensure the voice and needs of the client are heard and understood across the company; externally, a strategic liaison between GOcxm and the client.
