Client Success Representative (Customer Support)

As a Client Success Representative, you will ensure that our existing clients are happy with our software and services. You'll assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations to resolve the problem at hand. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and organizational skills.
We are not a call center. You will be working directly for the company that creates and maintains the software and products the customer is using.

Must be available to work evenings until 9:00 pm EST.

Primary areas of responsibility

  • Identify customer service and/or software issues, determine solutions and act upon each appropriately to mitigate risks
  • Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely
  • Liaise and follow up with internal groups to ensure potential client and/or operations issues are addressed early
  • Work in collaboration with internal groups to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Keep internal personnel informed on key client issues
  • Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, escalate and resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance effectiveness
  • Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks, including, but not limited to data entry

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in customer-facing roles in a business to business setting
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, and comfortable on a MAC
  • Advanced knowledge and proficiency of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bonus Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar job role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite and experience in Digital Graphic / Website Design
  • Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS
