UI/UX Designer

Duties: As a Jr. UI/UX Designer you will turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients. Ultimately you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our client’s needs and help us grow our customer base.

UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools.

Collaboration is embraced, so expect to participate and develop in areas expanding beyond your defined role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Own all stages of the design process from initial concept, research, sketching, and user flows, through to high-fidelity prototypes and development hand-off.
Solve product problems with a focus on the best user experience while balancing company and client goals, project timelines, and ease of implementation.
Identify, analyze, and communicate user needs and goals.
Clearly present and explain your designs choices, supported by research and UX best practices.
Collaborate closely with clients, designers, project managers, and developers, to create excellent products.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of UNOapp’s business objectives, products, clients and their customers.
Prioritize and manage your work effectively.

Skills

Proficiency with Sketch and/or Figma and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Critical thinking and problem solving.
Familiar with IOS, material design, and responsive web.
